SME Corporation Malaysia (SME Corp. Malaysia) is the central coordinating agency (CCA) under the Ministry of Entrepreneur & Cooperatives Development (MECD) that coordinates the implementation of development programmes for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) across all related Ministries and agencies. It acts as the central point of reference for research and data dissemination on SMEs and entrepreneurs, as well as provides business advisory services for SMEs and entrepreneurs throughout the country.

Purpose
Business Scale-Up Programme (Biz-Up Programme) is an integrated assistance programme aimed to enhance the capabilities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through business advisory services and financial support. This programme supports a wide range of capability building initiatives to assist SMEs to grow and expand their businesses locally and globally.
Requirement / Criteria
1. Fulfil SME definition
2. Annual sales turnover exceeds RM300,000 per year
3. At least 60% local equity
4. Valid Business Premises Licenses from Local Authorities
5. At least six (6) months in operations
6. Has undergone or willing to undergo SCORE / M-CORE assessment
