MDEC was established in 1996 as the lead agency to implement the MSC Malaysia initiative. Purpose
GTF targets local scale-up technology companies who are ready to go into their first global market or expand their existing global market presence via technology innovation and commercialisation of market-driven product/service. We want to see potential Malaysian unicorn in the making. Local technology companies are welcome to set up Centre of Excellence for the benefit of the ecosystem.
Requirement / Criteria
1. Local Technology Company – a business entity incorporated in Malaysia with paid-up capital of at least RM20,000; 2. Malaysian equity of at least 51%. 3. You are required to maintain project team composition (minus the finance staffs) of at least 50% Malaysians throughout your proposed project funding duration.
